Outwash has over 15 years of experience, so we know which method suits which building. This page is for commercial buildings. For your home, see our residential window cleaning in Toronto, or all our window cleaning services in Toronto.
We clean the outside glass of office buildings, along with lobby glass and interior partitions.
Busy storefronts usually need more frequent cleaning. We can set up a regular schedule for your store.
Clean glass shows customers that your restaurant is looked after. We plan the work to keep disruption low.
If you manage a condominium or another property, we fit the service to your needs, year-round.
We choose the method to suit your building.
With a water-fed pole, the water first runs through a four-stage filter. It takes out the dissolved solids, down to 0 ppm (parts per million), so nothing is left to dry as spots. We scrub the glass with the brush on the pole and rinse it with the same pure water.
Our commercial window cleaners are insured and certified for work at any height. On jobs that need them, we use boom lifts or swing stages.

Our work goes beyond the outside glass. We also clean lobby glass and interior partitions, and we offer janitorial services on request. See all our commercial cleaning services.
For post-construction window cleaning, we usually clean the glass by hand, with a scraper and a squeegee. We use chemicals only where scraping is not possible, such as mortar on frames or walls. Read about our post-construction cleaning services.

We recommend cleaning windows at least twice a year, once in spring and once in fall. Storefronts and other busy buildings usually need more frequent cleaning.
In Toronto, road salt, construction dust and pollen build up on the glass. Glass industry guidance says not to leave dirt and residue on glass for long. Regular cleaning stops the build-up, and we can set up a schedule for you.
Clean glass also shows customers and tenants that a building is looked after, and it lets in more daylight.

We look at your windows and recommend the best way to clean them.
