Detached Houses
On a detached house, we mostly wash the outside glass with a water-fed pole and four-stage filtered water. Sometimes we go up a ladder with a squeegee instead.
Townhomes
We clean a townhome the same way as a detached house. For both, we also clean the inside glass, the screens and the tracks on request.
Condo and Apartment Buildings
We mostly use water-fed poles on buildings of up to 6 storeys. For 7 storeys and up, we switch to rope access and bosun chairs (seats that hang from a rope).
Stores and Offices
We clean store, office and restaurant windows. Besides the outside glass, we clean lobby glass and interior partitions.

How a Water-Fed Pole Works
The water first runs through a four-stage filter. It takes out the dissolved solids, down to 0 ppm (parts per million), so nothing is left to dry as spots. We scrub the glass with the brush on the end of the pole and rinse it with the same pure water.
