Richmond Hill is mostly houses, but it has apartment buildings too. The 2021 Census counted 69,314 households in the city. More than half of them, 39,295, lived in single-detached houses, and 10,505 lived in row houses (townhomes). Another 12,960 lived in apartment buildings of 5 storeys or more. Here is what we do for each.
On a house or a townhome, we mostly use a water-fed pole and, less often, a ladder and a squeegee.
Up to 6 storeys, we mostly use water-fed poles. From 7 storeys up, our SPRAT or IRATA certified technicians use rope access and bosun chairs (seats that hang from a rope).
We clean storefront windows, on a regular schedule if you want one.
For homes, we clean any of the three on request. Tell us which ones you want.
Our high-rise window cleaning and post-construction cleaning services each have a page of their own.
The water first runs through a four-stage filter. It takes out the dissolved solids, down to 0 ppm (parts per million), so nothing is left to dry as spots. We scrub the glass with the brush on the end of the pole and rinse it with the same pure water.
Outwash has over 15 years of experience, so we know which method suits which building. For more, see our main page on window cleaning services in Toronto.

We also serve Thornhill, Maple, Markham, Vaughan and other parts of the GTA. Choose a place to see its window cleaning page.

Only two things. Clear the way to your windows, and move any delicate items away from them. If we are cleaning inside, we take care of the rest.
Fill out the quote form on this page, or call us. The quote is free. The price depends on the building, so we quote each job.
In heavy rain, snow or high winds, we may move your appointment for safety. We let you know in advance and set a new time.
We recommend cleaning them at least twice a year, once in spring and once in fall. Storefronts and other busy buildings usually need more frequent cleaning.
