Once a building reaches 7 storeys, we use rope access and bosun chairs (seats that hang from a rope). Some jobs call for boom lifts or swing stages.

In an office building, we clean the outside glass, the lobby glass and the interior partitions. We plan the work to keep disruption to your business low.

From 1 to 6 storeys, we mostly work with water-fed poles and, less often, with a ladder and a squeegee.

How a Water-Fed Pole Works
The water first runs through a four-stage filter. It takes out the dissolved solids, down to 0 ppm (parts per million), so nothing is left to dry as spots. We scrub the glass with the brush on the end of the pole and rinse it with the same pure water.
